Tring’s historic smallholding – featured in the ‘Times’ and on ‘Countryfile’ – hosts another Apple Day. With a wide variety of apples for sale from Cam Valley Orchards, expert apple identification by Anna Baldwin, local producers, crafts and junk, apple pressing, cider sampling, displays, moths, games, music and refreshments, and a Maypole. Alternative fun in the sun – hopefully! Please walk if possible. The ground is very bumpy (ant hills) but if dry, suitable for wheelchairs.
