Early Doors 6:45: BJazz’s initiative to Showcase Emerging Talent tonight presents both the Louis Richardson Fusion Trio at 7:10-7:50 then at 8:00 pm has a brilliant jazz Band from a renowned local music school, with guest star Derek Nash on sax. Expect a high energy mixture of well-known jazz standards, as well as Derek Nash’s own compositions, in a huge variety of styles. The band will be led by Martin Shaw to a programme produced by Simon Allen, both luminaries of Jazz in Britain.
