Dacorum based charity, One Impossible Thing, is keen to break down barriers to getting people active. Whether it’s redistributing preloved sports shoes for free or organising active challenges for people to get involved with, they want to see every body moving.
Their 40 Day Challenge starts on Wednesday 5th March. Collectively, all those who enter are going to run, walk, swim, bike or step their way to the Lindt Head Office in Switzerland. In time for Easter! Participants choose their own activity and commit to the mileage they think they can cover in 40 days. It’s a team effort!
As a participant, you’ll become part of a private Facebook Group. This online community is with you every step of the way, motivating and inspiring you through your challenge, so together the team goal can be achieved.
The 40 Day Challenge is free to enter and there’s prizes up for grabs donated by the Cardo Group.
Nadia, who participated in the last One Impossible Challenge, said, “I enjoyed it and it motivated me to get out and run, which always results in a sense of achievement. It makes me feel good too! The Facebook group is a fun way to stay connected. I do find it a good resource to see what others are doing and how they are getting along”.
